Crafts | 1. Make a clay or 3D printed foam draft model. 2. Enlarge the clay or foam model to the actual size of the product in proportion. 3. Turn the model into a hard material mold such as plaster or fiberglass. 4. Forge a stainless steel sculpture according to the model. The enlarged mold is divided into small blocks and numbered. The stainless steel is cut according to the small blocks of the mold, and then the stainless steel plate is manually hammered and forged on the mold. Then the small blocks are welded into a whole according to the number. 5. The formed sculpture will be polished several times to remove all welding lines. 6. The surface of the sculpture will be polished to a mirror or sprayed with paint. |
